Priscilla has been working for Teeling Petfood for some seven years now and has made great strides in that time. She’s currently an operator and knows ‘her’ line like the back of her hand.

Before she joined us, Priscilla also worked in production but in an organisation where you worked on the same line with a huge number of colleagues. She explained: ‘Here, you have real responsibility and you work with just a few colleagues. And every day is so different because you’re producing different types of products.’

‘You’re never just a number either. It’s a big place, but everyone knows everyone else. I do like it when there’s a bit of a homely feel because, after all, you want to enjoy going to work.’

And Priscilla is also fine with the work pressure: ‘Of course you need to produce, but you’re not pushed constantly and there’s nobody watching your every move all the time.’
