Quality

Teeling has a quality system in place which is based on the standards of the IFS and BRC. Our production sites satisfy the strict requirements of these certification bodies. GMP and HACCP certification guarantees optimum hygiene and food safety in our facilities. Each recipe has been developed in such a way that it ensures a safe, nutritionally balanced and tasty product that satisfies the international requirements of the NRC (National Research Council) and FEDIAF (European Pet Food Industry Federation).

Innovation

We have a variety of our own production facilities, our own laboratory and technically skilled staff. In addition, we are focused on continually developing new products. We keep a close eye on the market to ensure we are able to home in on trends and developments in a timely manner. Besides all our innovations in terms of products, we are also constantly innovating in other spheres, such as production methods, operational processes and logistics.  

Sustainability

Sustainability is a high priority. We manage our energy use responsibly and have invested in a range of energy-saving solutions within both the production and office environments. Corporate social responsibility is in evidence due to our holding the appropriate certification for our products as well as the fact that we are the only animal food company in the Netherlands capable of producing organic and MSC-certified pet food. Furthermore, Teeling Petfood provides suitable work opportunities for the handicapped, e.g. packing products.

Service

We endeavour to provide customers with the best possible service each and every day. We strive towards perfect order handling and optimum reliability of supply from our warehouse, which to this end is equipped with such things as WMS. We will happily immerse ourselves in the ethos of your chain, listen attentively to your specific wishes and actively contribute ideas vis-à-vis category management, shelf presentation and packaging options. A personal approach entailing us going the extra mile is the basis for a long-term relationship.
